Interim Operations Leadership - End to End Revenue Cycle

The Perry Consulting Group has over 150 years of combined end-to-end interim revenue cycle experience. Large and small rural Hospitals and Hospital Systems, Medical Groups, Physician Practices, Ancillary Healthcare Providers, and Long-Term Care. 

Our experienced revenue cycle subject matter expert leadership team drives top-performing KPIs, increases revenue, stops revenue leakage, and enhances staff performance through; mentorship, partnership, leadership, collaboration, and training. 

 
 

Each senior consultant leader has over a decade of experience in revenue cycle and has experience on various A/R platforms: Epic, Meditech, Oracle Cerner, GE, Invision, ECW, etc. As well as have multiple certifications from Harvard Business School, ESSEC Business School, HFMA, AHIMA, and AAPC.

 
 

We are forward-thinking operations subject matter experts able to solve complex problems. Her skill sets include: strong leadership, team building, analytical, training, motivation, process improvement, and strategic risk planning skills. 

 
 

Interim leadership is for 90 days up to 2 years. 

We handle the day-to-day function as acting managers, directors, or VP. In the below 

functional areas:

  • Patient Access (including but not limited to Patient      Scheduling, Pre-Access/Registration, Admissions, and Financial Counseling).      
  • Health Information Management (including but not      limited to Coding Audits, Release of Information). 
  • Patient Financial Services (including but not limited to:      Billing, Charge Capture and Revenue Integrity, Insurance Follow-Up,      Customer Service, Cash Posting, and Denials Management).
