Brenda Perry is a result and performance-driven senior revenue cycle leader with three decades of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare settings end-to-end of the revenue cycle. She is the CEO and our Lead Consultant.
She is a forward-thinking subject matter expert able to increase revenue and solve complex problems through a collaborative approach—skill Sets; strong leadership, team building, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Brenda grew up in Wisconsin but attended Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, and majored in Business Administration; Brenda is a military veteran United States Army Patient Care Specialist. She resides in Dallas, Texas, as a project manager, Lean Six Sigma white and yellow belt, and CRCR. In August 2022, Brenda attended Harvard Business School and received certification in (IHC) Innovating In Healthcare. In January 2023, she attended ESSEC Business School and received her Diversity and Inclusion certification in the workplace (DEI). She is a single parent with three adult sons, a fur baby, and five granddaughters and has traveled to 46 of our 50 states for business and pleasure and enjoys hitching and beach life.
Brenda volunteers for several HFMA Loan Star Chapter committees: Innovating in Healthcare, Mentor, and Social Media 2022 - 2023, and is the Charity Department Chair for 2023 - 2024.

Sharon Holcomb - Revenue Cycle Management Subject Matter Expert professional with 20+ years of management experience in the healthcare industry in Revenue Cycle Management; her specialty is back-end revenue cycle and she is also Epic Certified - Prelude. She is a Senior Consultant.
Sharon lives in Denver, Colorado.
She is a single parent with three adult children, a son and daughter, and two grandsons.

David McCants - has a proven track record as a high-level sales and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience. In his many years of experience, David has contributed to several FORTUNE 500 companies. While at each company, he specialized in meeting specific sales; KPIs like ARR, MRR, monthly sales growth, and average profit margin. In addition, he drives revenue with marketing strategies, specifically through sales funnels.
David attended Boise State University and lives in Bosie, ID, with his wife and three daughters.
He is an avid sports fame. He volunteers for several organizations and coaches Junior high school football in his spare time.
