Project Manager

We support Epic's implementation of the "Go-Live" lifecycle, optimization, stabilization, and initiatives.  We have supported six Epic projects over the years. 

• Epic project Managers are responsible for leading various Epic-related projects. 
• Proficient with standard PM skills and experience with EMR implementation in large and Small hospital systems, as well as for ambulatory groups. (HB &PB)
• They interact with various customers in clinical and technical settings.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Creates project plans and Gantt Charts.
• Assess and manage each project task accordingly.
• Manage Kick-Off meetings by module and department, effectively communicating the project scope and deliverables with department heads and stakeholders.        
• Collaborated with department application managers and stakeholders, building teams, systems analysts, and principal trainers to ensure coordination of integrated workstreams.  
• Responsible for project plan timeline and management of budget associated with the plan. 
• Review the current requisition and portal display of referral information. 
• Ensure project completion wave goals on time.
• Communicate weekly (FMA) failure mode analysts with a solution. 
• Supports integrated testing, ensuring all tasks within the wave are verified,      completed, or build by the build wave bucket.  
• Completes other tasks assigned.
